Mike appeared on Road To Recovery with host, Mike DeLeon, founder and CEO of Steered Straight. Steered Straight, Inc. is a non-profit educational and prevention/intervention organization, committed to reaching children, teens and young adults with a message of reality about life-choices and the importance of consequential thinking so that they understand that there are consequences to their actions.
Mike looks forward to returning to Road to Recovery in early 2017 to continue the conversation of discussing issues surrounding incarceration, addiction and prison reform. We will post today’s interview when it airs.
Mike’s story of transformation through God was recently featured on the radio show, Touched By Prayer. Mike was interviewed by the host about his experience, his life story and the transformation that he went through to change his life and the lives of so many others.
I want to say thank you Brittany Shelton for choosing my story http://discoveringbeautiful.com/meet-mike-palombi-author-speaker/ to be on your blog this year. I meet so many people Brittany, who believe God is doing something for me that He can’t or won’t do for them. I think Christmas is the perfect time of year to remind everyone what the Bible says about Hope and how Hope came to us in the first place. “And the angel said to them, fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be FOR ALL PEOPLE. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.” (Luke 2:10-11)
Jesus Christ is the Hope of the world; fully God and fully man, born a Savior, to free us from the sin that seperates us from God and leads to the kind of hopelessness that led me to prison. Hope didn’t come just to redeem Mike Palombi, but to redeem all mankind. Hope is alive!
We are thrilled to announce that Mike’s story of personal transformation is being featured on the 700 Club television show on the CBN network. Watch the feature in its entirety below.
